Bitaksi Mobile Application
Designing seamless digital experiences for both riders and drivers, improving every stage of the mobility journey through user-centered product design.

Project Overview
Bitaksi is one of Turkey's leading mobility platforms, connecting millions of riders and drivers through reliable, convenient, and technology-driven transportation services. The platform includes dedicated mobile applications for both riders and drivers, offering features such as ride booking, reservations, payments, navigation, and driver operations.
As a Product Designer, I contribute to both the rider and driver applications by designing new features and improving existing experiences. Working closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders, I transform user needs and business goals into intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions. Throughout the design process, I focus on simplifying complex workflows, enhancing usability, and delivering seamless end-to-end experiences across the platform.
